Birdzi’s AI platform and the grocery retail experience is allowing us to integrate with web, tabs, and mobile devices. As a result, we can interact with customers at any touchpoint in real-time. The Birdzi team listens to our feedback and offers solutions, so that we can all grow together on this customer journey. Together we are creating pathways for future engagement and measurements of ROI.
Birdzi’s ability to white label and their open design gives us the flexibility to go to market as we make our plans. Our mutually agreed upon timelines are strategic and solid created with customer experience in mind. These open communications with Birdzi are so beneficial to our road map.
